Super Simple 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

Super Simple 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

This is one of my all time absolute favourites, for whenever you may need chocolate cake in a hurry. I use it for last minute bake sales, coffee mornings and of course, the annual summer fête that always comes around way sooner than I am prepared for. Much like Christmas, birthdays and most other annual things to be honest.

This recipe for a Super Simple 5 Minute Chocolate Cake is a total crowd-pleaser; it goes with anything, anytime, for anyone. Whether you need a moist chocolate cake for a birthday or a delicate light finish to a big meal – you can count on this chocolate cake to meet all of your needs. Enjoy with some whipped cream or ice cream for a special treat.

One bite of this Super Simple 5 Minute Chocolate Cake and every single person around the table commented that this was the best chocolate cake they’d ever tasted.

As the compliments continued, I didn’t begin to tell them how easy it was to make. In all honesty, it is probably one of the easiest cakes I’ve made in a long time, really, but I just smiled and thanked them.

As we continued enjoying the cake, drinking our coffee or iced cold milk, the compliments just kept coming. Then the requests for the recipe started. That’s generally when you know that people really like what you’ve made if they ask for the recipe and tell you for what event they plan to serve it.

That really is one of the highest compliments you can receive – well, at least in my book.
