Easy Peach Muffins with Crumbly Topping

Easy Peach Muffins with Crumbly Topping

There’s nothing better than the warm smell of freshly baked muffins, right? These easy peach muffins smell incredible but they taste even better. They’re really soft and sweet, they definitely promise to be a hit!Easy Peach Muffins with Crumbly Topping

Something to keep in mind – When you make any muffin recipe, remember this:

Mix dry ingredients as much as you want, mix wet ingredients as much as you want but, when you put the two together only mix until they combine. If you over mix, the muffins will be heavy and flat. This is why we ask you to only stir until moist in our recipe below. If you were to use a hand blender or stand mixer, the muffins will become tough.

Peach season may only be in summer, but you can enjoy these peach muffins all year long. My perfect muffin is bursting with fruit, and these peach muffins don’t disappoint. These muffins have a light and tender crumb with a sweet, rich flavour. This easy peach muffins recipe is simple to make, but not lacking in flavour.

You can use fresh peaches if they’re available, but this peach muffin recipe can also be made with tinned or frozen peaches anytime of the year. These peach muffins are perfect in the summer, but will also keep you cozy during the cold winter months.

These peach muffins are best the day they are made, but you can freeze them for up to 2 months and thaw them in the fridge overnight to have whenever you need them. Muffin baking trays come in all shapes and sizes, so be sure to fill your muffin cases no more than ¾ full with mixture.
