One of my favourite parts about this Easter break, is the baking. We love to use a variety of different moulds to create different Easter eggs using simple, straight forward melted chocolate. This time we fancied a bit of a change so we added some crushed Bahlsen’s Pick UP! Minis to the chocolate for extra biscuity crunch.
Ingredients
200g of your favourite chocolate
4 Bahlsen Pick UP! Minis (crushed)
Method
Break the chocolate into chunks and place in a microwaveable bowl.
Heat the chocolate for 1-2 minutes, stirring at 30 second intervals, until melted.
Spoon into moulds, leave to cool and then place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Once solid and set, gently tap the back of the moulds and manipulate until the Easter eggs pop out.
We added some chocolate drizzled meringues and chocolate dipped strawberries, delicious!
