This September I’m taking a Supermarket Siesta and shaking up my weekly shop. I’ve accepted the challenge to ‘buy better, live better’ by swapping out part of my usual weekly supermarket shop to specialists, like Biscuiteers.
You can join me by visiting www.supermarketsiesta.com and signing up for their exclusive offers and competitions. You’ll get to discover a world of artisan producers from their fantastic tribe of British brands. you can choose which part of your supermarket shop you’d like to take a #supermarketsiesta on and then join in on the fun by sharing your #supermarketsiesta on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
I must admit that I was ridiculously excited when my postie knocked on the door with a parcel from Biscuiteers, I’ve heard incredible things about them. And it’s no wonder, all of their biscuits are hand-iced by talented icers in London and each one is completely unique – like small works of art or snowflakes! Everything is made the old fashioned way, one biscuit at a time and they aim to deliver 100% biscuit happiness every time. They call it their 100% biscuit happiness guarantee and I can see why, I’ve heard through friends that their customer service is amazing.
Biscuiteers sent me their Unicorn big biscuit card, which was actually quite the coincidence as it arrived the very same day as my sparkly pink 45 inch cuddly unicorn. So, it’s officially Unicorn day here at Vivre Le Rêve HQ “Unicorns, I Love Them!” “Unicorns, I Love Them!”, ha! This Unicorn biscuit card is hand-iced in London and packed into an illustrated box that includes an adorable unicorn, a rainbow and brightly coloured stars. It’s the perfect gift for so many occasions, whether you want to wish someone good luck, send someone congratulations or wish someone a special happy birthday – do it with a magical unicorn biscuit! They certainly know the way to my heart.
They would make a very thoughtful gift for just about anybody or a lovely treat for yourself, they even deliver worldwide. There’s currently a new customer code when you sign up on their website and I’ll definitely be taking advantage of that in the coming weeks as I’m looking towards Christmas. I have several relatives that are notoriously difficult to buy for, but I think I’ve finally cracked it, who doesn’t like biscuits eh?
