Find A Class
- Download their app from the App Store and create a profile.
- Browse live classes and find one which suits you, your time, and your budget.
- If you need help picking a workout for your needs, get in touch and tell them about your goals and they’ll direct you to a suitable class.
Get Ready!
- Once you have paid and booked yourself into a class, its time to get ready. You can see your upcoming classes from your profile.
- You’ll be notified 5 minutes prior to the start time, so get yourself into a suitable space, have a bottle of water ready and your phone somewhere close and visible.
- You’ll be notified again once the live-stream has started. Time to workout!
Review. Relax. Repeat.
- After the workout is complete you’ll get given the chance to leave the instructor a star review.
- Now its chill time. And lucky for you the sofa isn’t too far away!
- You’ll be able to repeat that workout anytime you like, just access it from your profile.
