Orée Boulangerie to Open its Doors on High Street Kensington
Orée, a traditional boulangerie full of French flair and expertise but created in London is to open a new store Monday 4th of September on High Street Kensington. Offering artisanal French fare with a taste created especially for Londoners, Orée is much more than your average boulangerie.
A taste of rural France in the capital, Orée creates freshly-baked viennoiserie, artisanal breads and fine patisserie. Alongside delicious breakfasts, brunches, lunches and coffees. From the hearty to the healthy and the virtuous to the indulgent, it’s every London foodie’s dream.

Bringing to the table traditional French baking techniques, ingredients and flavours, mixed with the bustling, cosmopolitan energy of the British capital, Orée owner, Laurent d’Orey, is on a quest to bring the joys of French breakfast, brunch and lunch to Londoners – without the trip through the Channel Tunnel.
The beautiful pale blue shop front adorned with gold leaf signage hand-painted by France’s last-remaining traditional ornamental glass artist, Lucien Helle. Makes Orée a feast for the eyes as well as a temptation for the tastebuds.
Pretty pâtisserie sitting on marble-topped counters offer a moment of indulgence (and plenty of Instagram likes). While the seasonal brunch and lunch menus are ideal for delicious mid-week lunch meetings or leisurely Saturday morning dates, and, of course, the bread table – it’s London’s best!

A visit to Orée is like no other boulangerie experience in London. So if you’re swinging down High Street Kensington this month, do pop in and say bonjour to the Orée team. You’ll be welcomed by the smell of freshly-baked bread. And will enjoy a taste of France at one of London’s most prestigious addresses.
The High Street Kensington store is located at 147 Kensington High Street, W8 6SU and opens on 4th September. It joins Orée’s existing branches on Fulham Road and King’s Road.
