To celebrate the launch of new Baileys Iced Coffee Latte and Mocha cans, we’ve had the pleasure of sipping this unique blend of Arabica and Robusta iced coffee, with real milk, fine spirit and the renowned taste of Baileys Irish cream from legendary Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel’s delicious Cookie shots.
Cookie shots were first created by Dominique at his award-winning bakery in New York City and are now available at his new London shop, Dominique Ansel Bakery London, in Belgravia. These fabulously indulgent treats, homemade chocolate chip cookie shaped like shot glasses, are typically filled to order with Tahitian vanilla milk.
For the first time ever, Cookie Shots will be available at The London Coffee Festival, as a complimentary treat, with the first 100 cans of Baileys Iced Coffee purchased each day. Simply pour the Baileys Iced Coffee into the cookie cup and enjoy!
The London Coffee Festival takes place from Thursday 6th – Sunday 9th April at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London.
