Super Easy Spicy Chipotle Cherry Salsa
- 15g fresh basil
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 40g red onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp honey
- 450g cherries, pitted and cut in half
- salt and pepper
- pinch of cayenne
In a food processor or blender, combine basil, chipotle pepper, cayenne, red onions, balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, pepper and half the cherries.
Process until nearly smooth. Add in the remaining cherries and pulse until chunky.
Chill until ready to use.
