Taking inspiration from days out at the British seaside, Grind’s baristas have created the delicious Ice-Cream Splat – an iced coffee using Baileys and topped off with an upturned ice-cream cone.
We tried our hand at recreating the Bailey’s Ice Cream Splat, and let me tell you, it’s amazing! If you can’t get to Grind coffee shop, new Baileys Ice Coffee cans are available in major retailers. If you fancy having a go at creating it, here’s how to make one at home:
Ingredients
50ml Baileys
60ml Espresso
200ml Milk
Upside-Down Cone
Chocolate Flake
Method
Combine the Baileys, espresso, milk and ice in a cocktail shaker. Put the lid on tight and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled tumbler. garnish with an ice cream cone and finish with a flake. Nothing to cry about.
