You lucky, lucky people, today I’m going to share my Papa Doble recipe with you!
Named after Hemmingway and probably more commonly known as a Hemmingway Daiquiri, it’s a superb drink and unbeatable as an aperitif.
235ml grapefruit juice
120ml white rum
2 tbsp Maraschino liqueur
1 tbsp sugar syrup
Juice of half a lime
Shake with lots of ice until ice cold and pour (minus the ice) into glasses (serves 2).
