Miso is full of nutrients and beneficial bacteria and enzymes. A healthy treat when we crave that Japanese takeaway comfort feeling!
Tandoori Salmon with Red Lentil Dahl
Rich tandoori-marinated salmon is matched with lentils braised in onion. By mixing butternut squash puree into the dahl, this dish only needs a fraction of the cream (and calories!) to offer a beautifully creamy, velvet-like texture. This dish is both delicious and wholesome.

Enjoy this healthy play on this bbq favourite; no processed sugars in our bbq sauce, beans added for an extra protein punch and sweet potatoes to boost your vitamin levels.
Lamb Chops with Feta Cous Cous & Beetroot

The vegetables are cooked slowly with a blend of all the right spices to give you your daily dose of antioxidants.
Cherry & Hoisin Duck with Wilted Greens
Lightly marinated duck breast is paired with delicious greens, blanched to bring out flavours while keeping nutrients intact. Our cherry sauce is smooth and flavourful – yet, by adding a few cherries a bit later it retains a nice bite. Rich in protein, iron, vitamin B6 and niacin, this delicious meal is full of goodies to keep you going all day.
Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa
This dish perfectly captures the essence of the Caribbean with a balanced mix of jerk spices, allspice and coconut beans. The pineapple chicken is flame grilled and served with coconut and quinoa rice to give an ever-so-slight sweetness to your meal.
