Kandle by Ozeri II LED Reading & Book Light
I love that this reading light is compact and has a little bag for when not in use. It has two brightness settings. It fits great and lights up the whole screen. I’ve tried a few lights but this is the best so far, It’s bright and it actually shows the whole page rather than the spot light effect that most other lights provide. There’s no need to move this light to be able to read the whole page.
I was going to buy a kindle paperwhite but came across this and thought I’d take a chance and I’m so glad I did! This is simple, effective and light. My old kindle now has a new lease of life. Because it has three led lights, there is no problem with a bright spot in the middle and the rest of the screen under lit. I love that it turns off automatically when you close it, and has a solid feel when adjusting the angle of the light bar or the neck that holds the light bar. There are two light settings, I have found the lowest one to be perfect.
I read for at least an hour a night, minimum and have yet to use up the first battery after a minimum estimate of 100 hours of reading. I have recharged the Kindle four times but not yet replaced the battery. As it comes with two more spare batteries, I look forward to a lot of reading before buying replacement batteries. It can be used on books as well.
I have tried quite a few lighting attachments before. But this one beats them all by a huge margin. Perfect design that gives a great degree of maneuverability for lighting, but it stays on the kindle at all times, without spreading out. Special material on the grip that cares for the kindle surface without loosing out on the grip. I wish I’d got one years ago!
