Using a petroleum jelly such as Vaseline will help moisturize your lashes and make them appear longer. Certainly do not over apply because the extra weight could cause fragile lashes to break. The increased moisture will stimulate hair follicles to help your lashes grow.
- Take a cotton swab and dip in the Vaseline.
- Swipe the cotton swab across a lash comb.
- Run the comb through your lashes before you go to bed and wash your face in the morning.
- This process can help you attain naturally longer lashes in as little as 5 weeks.
After your nighttime cleansing routine, pour about 5 drops of olive oil into a little dish. Dip a cotton swab into the oil and rub along your lashes. Hopefully, without getting any oil in your eye. Do this for both eyes and leave overnight. When you wake up, wash your face normally. If you incorporate this into your nightly routine, you should notice your lashes growing thicker and longer in 2 to 3 months!
Using lip balm on your lashes will make them appear curlier, actually flavoured balms usually work best for this trick. Rub the lip balm along your lashes, you can do this before bed or before mascara is applied. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler several times after the balm is applied and before you put on mascara. This should help boost the curl in your lashes.
